Terms & Conditions

Effective date: April 1, 2026

These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Manchester Music Festival website and any pages, forms, ticketing links, donation pages, email sign-ups, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Manchester Music Festival (“MMF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1) Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who we are

Manchester Music Festival is a performing arts organization that presents musical performances, events, and related educational/community programming.

3) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Tickets, events, and purchases

a. Third-party ticketing and payment processors.
Tickets, donations, memberships, and merchandise may be processed through third parties. Your purchase may be governed by the third party’s terms in addition to these Terms.

b. Event details.
Dates, times, programs, artists, venues, seating, and pricing may change. We do our best to keep information current but do not guarantee accuracy at all times.

c. Refunds/exchanges (website template language).
Refund and exchange policies may vary by event and ticket type and may be set by MMF or by the ticketing provider. The applicable policy will be presented at checkout and/or on the relevant ticketing page. If you have questions, contact us at office@mmfvt.org.

d. Chargebacks.
If you dispute a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.

5) Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of donation. Receipts and acknowledgements may be provided electronically.

6) Email, SMS, and communications

If you sign up to receive emails or other communications, you consent to receive messages from MMF. You can unsubscribe via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

7) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content (including text, graphics, images, video, audio, design, logos, and downloadable materials) are owned by MMF or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8) User content

If the Site allows you to submit content (e.g., forms, comments, testimonials, images), you:

  • represent you have the right to submit it, and it does not violate any law or third-party rights; and

  • grant MMF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for MMF’s organizational and promotional purposes (unless you expressly state otherwise in writing and we agree).

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems;

  • interfere with the Site’s operation or security;

  • use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; or

  • scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without permission.

10) Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.

11) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, MMF’s total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed $100.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMF and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

14) Accessibility

MMF strives to make the Site accessible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email office@mmfvt.org and we’ll work to address it.

15) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16) Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MMF regarding the Site.
